exercises)做好準備。筆者希望從不同角度與大家分享如何制定合適的熱身運動,從而減低運動時受傷的風險。</p> <p> </p> <p>在制定針對專項運動的熱身計劃時,除了參考筆者分享的熱身運動「ABCD」及「S.P.I.E.D」原則外,亦必須考慮專項運動的特定要求、技術關注及肌肉運用。另外,熱身時間的長短、內容,以及與主要參與運動項目的比例及份量並無劃一標準。我們應配合不同程度及經驗的運動參與者將「S.P.I.E.D」原則彈性融合於參與者的運動項目。運動前熱身為身體做好生理和心理的準備,除了有效減低運動時受傷的風險,亦有助提高運動表現。</p> field__item"><p>自從上世紀七十年代開始,長跑熱潮席捲全球,世界各地紛紛舉行馬拉松比賽。長跑賽事既具備商業市場價值,也能夠提升市民健康意識。參與長跑活動的市民愈多,受傷的個案也隨之而增加,於是有人提出跑步傷膝的疑問。然而,科研顯示跑步既不一定造成膝關節受傷,更可能有效保護膝關節,整體死亡風險下降約百分之二十三至三十,關鍵詞是「適當」及「適量」。</p> <p>目前為止,科學上仍未能夠對於跑步是否傷膝頭作出統一結論。整體而言,適當及適量的跑步對身體健康效果十分多,包括改善心血管健康、控制血糖水平、增強骨質密度、控制體重、強化肌肉有助協調和平衡能力、提升精神健康,甚至可能改善關節軟骨功能等等。跑步者需要平衡引致膝頭受傷的潛在風險與個人健康的關係,按照個人的生活模式進行適量的訓練,訂定適合個人的長跑訓練計畫,並須配合交替訓練和營養監控,以及良好的恢復條件,方可以享受跑步免受傷的樂趣。<br field__item"><p>因應疫情發展及社交距離措施,市民盡量減少外出,運動量亦因而減少。此外,不少公司亦安排員工在家工作,以致市民長時間久坐家中。如果長時間久坐,缺乏運動,很容易導致肌力流失。我們習慣久坐後再重返運動,或會感到膝關節「唔穩陣」又乏力,很可能是因為膝關節周邊肌肉的肌力不足,肌肉協調控制力減弱。</p> <p> </p> field__item"><p>本港疫情反覆,香港政府多次收緊社交距離措施,大大降低了市民參與運動的機會,長遠來說對市民的健康必然有不良影響。雖然受到疫情及社交距離措施的限制,但適量運動仍是必須的,不同類別的運動能為我們身體帶來各種益處。而且有研究指出,恆常運動能有效地提升心肺功能,從而減少患上新冠肺炎後對身體的負面影響。</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>疫情下的運動策略</strong></h3> <p> </p> <p>1. 以日常體能活動為基礎</p> <p>市民可按照「體能活動金字塔」的建議,每天應盡量增加日常體能活動,如步行、上落梯級及做家務等等,以提升熱量消耗。在家工作或自我隔離期間,市民應避免長期久坐,可於每休止狀態一小時後,便站起來走動五分鐘,並作少量伸展運動。</p> <p> </p> <p>2. 進行家居運動</p> <p>因應運動康樂場地及設施關閉,市民如欲保持恆常運動的習慣,進行家居運動是不錯的選擇。自身體重訓練很適合作為家居運動訓練,其優點是不需要很大的活動空間及運動器材,便能進行帶氧運動、阻力訓練及伸展運動。</p> <p> </p> <p>在一項於 2022 年 2 月發表的研究中,分析了九個不同國家的市民在新冠疫情下,於家中隔離時透過視像參與網上實時運動訓練所帶來的影響。其結果發現,受試者分別在運動表現、睡眠質素及焦慮狀況都有所改善。</p> <p>即使居家隔離,我們亦應持續鍛鍊身體,而透過視像參與網上實時運動訓練或進行家居運動也是保持身體健康的好選擇。</p> <p> </p> <a
